Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a printing error that is our fault, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect, please provide:

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork (e.g., typos, low-resolution files, color mismatches due to uncalibrated screens).

Claims made after 5 business days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.
